What Happens During Processing? ⏱️

Once you place an order, our fulfillment team gets to work on a few key steps before it can be shipped:

Order & Payment Verification: We confirm your order details and verify the payment.
Picking: We locate the item(s) in our warehouse.
Packing: We securely pack your items in an appropriate box or mailer to prevent damage.
Labeling: We print and apply the shipping label and prepare the package for handover to the courier.

Factors That Can Affect Processing Time

While we stick to our 1-2 day schedule, a few things can occasionally cause delays:

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods like Black Friday or the Christmas holidays, processing may take an extra day.
Public Holidays: We do not process orders on Polish public holidays. Orders placed on these days or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Product Availability: If an item is a special order or temporarily out of stock, it will have a longer processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

It's important to remember the distinction between these two terms:

Processing Time: The time we take to prepare your order for shipment (usually 1-2 business days).
Shipping Time: The time it takes the courier (like InPost or DPD) to deliver the package to you after they pick it up from us.

Your total waiting time is Processing Time + Shipping Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Where is the merch made and what is the quality like?

Zero compromises here—we don't do cheap promo blanks. All our hoodies and tees are custom-cut from premium, heavyweight cotton that keeps its shape and feels insanely soft. We use high-quality screen printing and heavy embroidery, so the designs won't crack or wash out. Everything is ethically produced in local factories where we can check every single stitch.

Will sold-out drop items ever be restocked?

The short answer is: generally, no. To maintain our commitment to exclusivity and environmental sustainability, most of our drop items are released in strictly limited quantities and are not restocked once they sell out. Once a specific design or colorway is gone, it is officially retired to prevent overproduction and make room for new concepts. However, we know how disappointing it can be to miss out, so there is still a small chance to grab a piece. Occasionally, single items reappear in stock due to order cancellations or size returns—to catch these, we highly recommend using the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive an instant email alert.

When will my order arrive?

The arrival of your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, standard domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, while international shipping may take 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Please note that during highly anticipated drop events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time and see the exact estimated arrival date provided by the courier.

How do the clothes fit and what size should I get?

Our clothes are generally designed with a modern, relaxed, and slightly oversized fit to ensure maximum comfort and a contemporary silhouette. If you prefer a true-to-size look or a more tailored fit, we typically recommend sizing down. For standard everyday wear, sticking to your usual size will give you that effortlessly relaxed aesthetic intended by the design.
